Congratulations!
The Friends of the Ramona Library awarded scholarships to local teens who are heading off to college - Emma Hall and Quannah Arnold. This is our fifth year of awarding scholarships and we had quite a few apply. What remarkable and well-accomplished students we have locally. Hats off to the recipients!
